Copy and Paste Text

You can reuse texts by Copy & Pasting. JotterPad will not copy formatting and will paste what is copied in plain text.

Android:

To copy text in Editor:
Long-tap a word to select it in the Editor.
Drag the set of bounding handles to highlight all the text that you want to copy.
Tap Copy on the toolbar that appears.

To paste text in Editor:
Tap and hold on the cursor until a toolbar appears.
Tap Paste on the toolbar.


iOS:

To copy text in Editor:
Double-tap a word to select it in the Editor.
Drag the set of bounding handles to highlight all the text that you want to copy.
Tap Copy on the toolbar that appears.

To paste text in Editor:
Tap on an empty space until a toolbar appears.
Tap Paste on the toolbar.


Mac:

To copy text in Editor:
Method 1: Select words > Right click > Select Copy.
Method 2: Select words > press Cmd+c.

To paste text in Editor:
Method 1: Right click in Editor > Select Paste.
Method 2: Select anywhere in the Editor > press Cmd+v.


Web:

To copy text in Editor:
Method 1: Select words > Right click > Select Copy.
Method 2: Select words > press Ctrl+c.

To paste text in Editor:
Method 1: Right click in Editor > Select Paste.
Method 2: Select anywhere in the Editor > press Ctrl+v.
