# Export to Final Draft

JotterPad can convert plain text Fountain syntax to Final Draft (.fdx). You can export text files to .fdx with the following extensions: 
* .fountain 

**Android**:
1. In the file directory, press and hold a file thumbnail. 
2. Tap the share icon, then tap Fountain. 
3. Choose a directory that you want to save the document to and tap `Save`. 
|| By default, JotterPad saves your document to the Downloads folder.

**iOS**:
1. Tap on the file that you would like to export.
2. Tap on the `…` icon.
3. Tap on the `Export` button.
4. Tap on `Final Draft (.fdx)`. 
5. Select the Third Party App that you would like to save or share your document to.

**Mac**:
Select `File` > Select `Export To` > select `Final Draft (.fdx)`.

| Tips: The title page can be found in Final Draft’s Title Page window.

**Web**:
1. Select the file that you would like to export.
2. Click on the download icon. then tap on `Final Draft (.fdx)`.
3. Click on the `Export` button.
4. Choose a directory that you want to save the document to.
5. Click on `Save`.
