# Copy and Paste Text

You can reuse texts by Copy & Pasting. JotterPad will not copy formatting and will paste what is copied in plain text. 

**Android**:

To copy text in Editor: 
1.  Long-tap a word to select it in the Editor. 
2. Drag the set of bounding handles to highlight all the text that you want to copy. 
3. Tap `Copy` on the toolbar that appears. 

To paste text in Editor: 
1. Tap and hold on the cursor until a toolbar appears. 
2. Tap `Paste` on the toolbar.

**iOS**:

To copy text in Editor:
1. Double-tap a word to select it in the Editor. 
2. Drag the set of bounding handles to highlight all the text that you want to copy.
3. Tap `Copy` on the toolbar that appears.

To paste text in Editor:
1. Tap on an empty space until a toolbar appears. 
2. Tap `Paste` on the toolbar.

To copy text in Editor: 
**Method 1**: Select words > Right click > Select `Copy`.
**Method 2**: Select words > press `Cmd+c`.

To paste text in Editor: 
**Method 1**: Right click in Editor > Select `Paste`.
**Method 2**: Select anywhere in the Editor > press `Cmd+v`.

To copy text in Editor:
